Starting today, any note that originates in June will come with a $500 bonus paid to you at closing. That's right, we are going to pay you to invest in yourself! And on any note over $75,000 we are adding another $250 to that incentive. Up to $750 Safeguard will pay to you for doing what you were going to do already. This applies to any new note with SCP so don't delay or you may miss your chance.
The SPC Family Program

Beginning today, June 2nd, 2023, when you refer a friend or family member to SCP for first deed lending, you will earn a 1% rebate for every dollar they invest for the next 365 days.
